Day 1: Travel to Arizona
Depart for the Phoenix Valley today, home to Major League Baseball’s spring training Cactus League. Meet your Tour Manager at 6:00 p.m. and get you know your fellow Cubbies fans at a welcome dinner. Meal: D
Day 2: Phoenix Sightseeing and Chicago Cubs Spring Training Game
Arizona is home to the Major League Desert League and the air is filled with excitement in anticipation of another baseball season. Begin the day with a sightseeing tour of Phoenix with a local guide. Get acquainted with your surroundings before heading to the ball park for the first of three spring training games where the Chicago Cubs are fan favorites. Meal: B
Day 3: Another Chicago Cubs Spring Training Game and Rustler’s Rooste Steakhouse
Begin the day with some free time in Scottsdale as you visit Historic Old Town for shopping and an on own lunch. Then, head to the ball park again for another fun-filled spring training game featuring your Chicago Cubs. In the evening, you head to Rustler’s Rooste Steakhouse where a total cowboy western experience awaits. A delicious dinner, live entertainment and unlimited drinks are the order of the night. Day 4: Full Day Trip to Tucson
Depart Phoenix this morning into the Sonoran Desert to scenic Tucson. Begin with a leisurely drive to the Saguaro National Park Visitor Center to see these amazing giants of the cactus world. Later, a visit to the Pima Air & Space Museum is planned. Here, nearly 300 historical aircraft from the Wright Flyer to a 787 Dreamliner are on display. You also pay a visit to Mission San Xavier del Bac, the 17th-century Spanish mission known as “The White Dove of the Desert,” with its imposing dome, lofty towers and graceful spires. Then, return to Phoenix. Meal: B
Day 5: Dolly Steamboat Cruise and Final Chicago Cubs Spring Training Game
Begin the day with a journey to spectacular Canyon Lake, nestled in the heart of the Superstition Mountains. Here, board the Dolly Steamboat for a narrated scenic nature cruise. Be on the lookout for majestic desert big horn sheep, bald eagles and a host of other wildlife, water fowl and birds. Then, be on hand to cheer your Cubbies on to victory at another Spring Training game. Meals: B, D
Day 6: Travel Home
After breakfast a group transfer takes you to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for flights out after 11:00 a.m. Meal: B
