Dawn
Elmendorf
Director of Sales
Dawn has over 30 years’ experience
in the both the retail and wholesale divisions
of the travel industry. She has worked in
every area of tour operation including sales,
marketing, operations and product development.
Group travel is her specialty and her passion.
Dawn has traveled extensively throughout
five continents. While she loves traveling
throughout the United States and Europe,
her most memorable travels are to countries
that are unique in nature, including Morocco,
Russia, Thailand and China.

Judy
O’Brien
Business Development
Manager
Judy began her career with Mayflower Tours
in 1998 working in the reservations department.
She later moved to positions in Inside Sales
and Sales Manager. She then took some time
off to raise her son and recently returned
to Mayflower Tours in 2012 as a Business
Development Manager. Judy is known for her
commitment to her clients as well as her
dedication to her profession. |

Imelda
Flores
Business Development
Manager
Imelda has been in the travel industry for
23 years and has enjoyed many amazing travel
opportunities.She joined Mayflower Tours
in 1999 and has worked in both inside and
outside sales for Mayflower. Her current
position as Business Development Manager
allows her to focus on building strong working
relationships with a variety of different
organizations interested in offering group
travel. |
| Maria
Ramirez-Gregg
Inside Sales Coordinator
Maria has been in the travel industry since
2008 and has worked with companies such
as Apple Vacations and Abercrombie &
Kent. She has traveled abroad to China,
Hong Kong, Peru, Argentina, Costa Rica and
Greece. She has also taken several cruises,
and has traveled throughout North America.
Maria and her family especially enjoy national
parks. She is a native of Puerto Rico and
is fluent in Spanish. She has a passion
for culinary tourism because “food
brings everyone to the table.” |

Kathy
Basco
Inside Side Sales Coordinator
Kathy has been in the travel industry for
over 30 years. She began her career with
Eastern Airlines in the Customer Service
Dept. She also worked for ATA Airlines in
reservations and at Midway Airport in a
supervisory capacity. Kathy has been with
Mayflower Tours in the group sales department
for the past 14 years and recently experienced
her first River Cruise this past April on
Mayflower’s Tulip Time on the Romantic
Rhine and Mosel River Cruise. She finds
working with groups is her favorite and
most rewarding! |
| Stephanie
Werner
Inside Sales Coordinator
Stephanie is a recent graduate of Benedictine
University with a Bachelors in Communication
Arts. Both of her parents work in the travel
industry, so she developed her love for
travel at an early age. We are very excited
to welcome Stephanie as one of the newest
members of the Mayflower Tours sales team! |
