Thank you for placing your valued travelers on a Mayflower Tours holiday. We respect the trust you have placed in us, and will do all in our power to justify this trust.

Events – both national and worldwide – have changed many things. One of those areas affected is the pricing of products and services, especially those related to fuel.

We have found it necessary to add a 3% Tour Surcharge to all programs (the land and cruise portions, that is) for tours departing July 1 through December 31, 2011.

The attached letter, which is for your use with your travelers, spells out our position.

We appreciate all that you have done for us, and ask that this Tour Surcharge be conveyed to your travelers on our behalf.
