Good Morning Current and Prospective Travel Planners,
I hope everyone is hanging in there and staying positive during this tough stretch in the travel industry. For those of you who have either re-booked a postponed 2020 trip to either 2021 or 2022 or you have simply booked a new trip for 2021/2022, THANK YOU for being Pro-active with your plans.
For those of you who have not booked yet, whether it is by company or self-imposed restrictions as you wait to see what will happen regarding COVID19, one friendly reminder: It is a good idea to continue to be pro-active and look towards the future for your travel planning, as you would for any other travel year. While many of you have had to push your 2020 plans back to 2021, I want to remind you that there are still opportunities to book for the fall of 2021 and the entirety of 2022.
The difference in planning travel with the current situation is that land and cruise departure dates, as well as flight schedules may be limited for 2021 and possibly 2022 as airlines and travel vendors have tried to minimize expenses. So if you wait too long or until things get better and then try to book and market a trip, space may be very limited for your preferred dates taken.
Let me know if I can help you book a travel program!
Thanks,
Greg Poniewaz
