Mayflower Tours, a national tour company located in Downers Grove, IL is looking to hire experienced travel professionals and highly motivated Group Sales Managers to join its team.
The ideal candidate(s) will reside in the Midwest (IL, WI, IN) or Texas and will manage existing group accounts in these territories as well as develop new accounts while displaying leadership, entrepreneurial attitude and being good team players.
These positions work in sales management directly reporting to the Director of Group Sales and responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales goals as well as coming up with ideas for strategic sales plans and their implementation. Developing, managing and nurturing new Group business partnerships and accounts to accomplish volume and our profit goals is key to these position.
Qualifications: Must have Group Travel Experience with a strong track record and over three years of experience in successful selling, finding and developing group business and following up on new leads and partnerships in the travel industry. Ability to travel a must. |
