My name is Tim Iandoli, and I am excited to introduce myself as your new Business Development Manager with Mayflower Cruises & Tours. I will be managing the Northern Florida territory, and I am eager to help you grow and enhance your group travel experiences.
My passion for travel began during my time in the Navy. There was a travel agency across the street from my housing, and I was always fascinated by the idea of exploring the world. After leaving the Navy, I pursued my passion further by enrolling in travel school. I was fortunate to work with a mentor who not only helped me grow as an agent but also guided me through some important life milestones, including purchasing my first home at the age of 22. His support and mentorship inspired me to provide the same level of dedication and care to my clients.
With a background in leadership and customer service management, I have developed a strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. In 2016, my son and I relocated from Plymouth, MA, to Palm Coast, FL. Since then, we've immersed ourselves in the local community, enjoying its rich history, cuisine, and events. I even earned a Historical Tour Guide license in St. Augustine, where I often share my love of history while driving a Model T! My commitment to service also extends beyond travel, as I volunteer for National Adoption Day Ceremonies and organize donation drives for the Paralyzed Veterans of America as a Navy veteran.
