1.
Choose a destination that your travelers would enjoy.
2.
Begin promoting the tour at least 6 months prior to your departure date.
3.
Find 6 friends and family members to go and build your group from that base.
4.
Spread the word with enthusiasm.
5.
Talk up your overnight trips while on your day trips.
6.
Show a destination video on your day trips.
7.
Carry your flyers with you at all times.
8.
Pass out your flyers to potential travelers everywhere – bank lobbies,
senior clubs, libraries, pharmacies, medical offices, etc.

Go along with your group. Be a leader and ask everyone to promote your tour.

Sponsor a special movie night and show a popular movie set in your destination.
