1 Arrive in San Francisco
Claimed by many to be the most beautiful city in America, San Francisco plays host to your first two nights in California. Meet your Tour Manager in the hotel lobby at 6:00 p.m. for dining suggestions.

2 Sightseeing in San Francisco
This morning, take a guided tour of San Francisco. See the Fisherman’s Wharf area, the Ferry Building, home to the Farmers Market, Union Square and Chinatown. Later, cross the world-famous Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito where you can browse the shops.
Then, embark on a bay cruise, the best way to see the city. Take your own shots of its beautiful skyline, the Golden Gate Bridge and of course, Alcatraz Island. Tonight, enjoy dinner on Fisherman’s Wharf.

3 Travel to Yosemite National Park
Today, travel through the rambling hills of the San Joaquin Valley. Begin your ascent into the Sierra Nevada Mountains for our next destination, Yosemite National Park. This land is sacred to Native Americans, a mine of gold and broken dreams for generations of prospectors and a favorite of landscape photographer Ansel Adams. The park harbors a grand collection of waterfalls, meadows and forests that include groves of giant sequoias.

4 Yosemite Valley Floor Tour and Mariposa Grove
After breakfast, your Yosemite National Park visit begins with a tour of the Yosemite Valley Floor to see the park’s grandeur and natural treasures in all their winter glory. You’ll see El Capitan,
a one-mile thick granite mountain and the thundering Yosemite Falls, the tallest waterfall in North America.
In the afternoon, visit Mariposa Grove, home to the Giant Sequoia trees which have stood here for up to 3,000 years. Learn the history of these magnificent trees and wonder at this ancient and beautiful grove.

5 Winchester Mystery House
Leave Yosemite behind this morning and make your way back to the coast.
In San Jose, stop for a visit at the unique Winchester Mystery House. Built by Sarah Winchester, to appease the spirits of those killed by the guns manufactured by her husband’s firearms company, this 160-room stately mansion features bizarre architectural attributes. Tonight, you’ll gather for a farewell dinner hosted by your Tour Manager.
